Update #5

To All our TATENDA Friends–

Yes, yes, yes, we are terribly tardy on getting this final Update out to all of you who followed our sojourn to Kenya in January 2013. Needless to say, family responsibilities, work, weather, and health hampered us from being more prompt in getting this out to you.

But we are safe and very grateful to be back. We returned to the USA on January 27, 2013 and picked up from where we left off.  But now we have fabulous memories of people we had the pleasure to meet and serve. We calculated the numbers and found we had worked with people from 15 countries, including Central African Republic, Benin Republic, Ivory Coast, Poland, Togo, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, El Salvador, Brazil, Venezuela, Ethiopia, Canada and Ghana  and visited people also from New Zealand, Ireland, Tanzania and Zambia. It was a global experience.

And all of you here played a beautiful part in the journey through your prayers and help. We are ever so grateful for your interest in this work. We have a wonderful invitation to Bangladesh this July for which we will be preparing over the next few months. We will keep you posted on these preparations. Let us thank you once again for your financial donations in 2012.
